Feel the warmth
Another emotional week but what an extraordinarily wonderful send off our beloved Queen was given on Monday by the nation. I was glued to the spectacle and pageantry as we were privileged to witness history before our eyes. Utterly magnificent and mesmerising and made me very proud to be British that’s for sure!
There has also been a significant drop in temperature this week. I’m trying to resist putting on the heating but it’s becoming increasingly difficult. Instead, I’m reaching for the layers!
Just by luck, we’ve received the next Kasbah delivery and there are some great pieces in this collection to keep the chill from the door.
Wrap up warm

One more thing to note…
we are starting a new postal system (which will mean no more daily trips to the Post Office for me, hurrah!). We will have daily collections from Royal Mail and you, the customer, will receive tracking emails to let you know your parcel is on its way and when delivery is due. Hopefully this will be an easy, smooth transition and be a lot more professional and efficient.
Lastly… sadly our rewards/points system is having to come to an end. You will have until the end of the year to use your points (full amount required to pay for a full priced item) but unfortunately, from January, we will no longer be able to offer this benefit.
We will still have our monthly prize draw for £100 Bakou vouchers for everyone who has shopped in that particular month as well as other enticing offers throughout the year.
Make an appointment to come and see us, or place an order online and we will get your goodies out to you as soon as we can. We do our very best to send things on the day the order is placed but it’s not always possible.
