What colour is your brain
A few years ago a friend gave me this book called What Colour is Your Brain? We were on a group holiday and everyone had to take the test.
The results were brilliant and gave us all a much better understanding of each other, what made us tick and why we behaved in certain ways. Understanding it made us all more tolerant of each other (slightly!).
The results showed that I’m a yellow. Such a yellow. I love a plan, love a list (I have lists of lists I need to make) and I’m quite partial to a spreadsheet. Forward planning is my thing, always thinking ahead, plotting and scheming. I’m the one with the activity spreadsheet on a group holiday (no, I’m not joking!). I’m very irritating, I know, but my friends accept me (and quite like it really) as they do actually get why I’m so annoying!
So, of course, I am very much in control of my Christmas shopping and, if I haven’t bought it already, I know what’s on the list to get!
With that in mind…
With that in mind, I feel it’s not too early to point you to our Accessories pages which are full of lovely little delights which make excellent prezzies, my particular favourites being the Anna Falcke Wristees. A terrific stocking filler which is always well received. As are our delectable faux fur scarves.
I’m hoping that by the time this goes out they will all be online as we have a lovely new brand of fab faux furs called Franchetti Bond. I hope you’ll like them. The Pia Rossini Josephines definitely add a touch of class and glamour to a Winter ensemble! Perfect for a night out when there’s a chill in the air.
Time to think about glamming-up
Getting dressed up for Christmas is different for everyone of course. For me it’s a very casual affair but I know a lot of people enjoy putting on their glad rags and looking fab and festive for the day. We have lots of different options for every taste for the festive season whether it be Christmas parties or for the big day itself.

Or go a bit more casual with some Christmassy colours from Pont Neuf.
Don’t leave your Christmas wardrobe planning too late though as some sizes have sold out already.

And just for the record, no, I don’t live with another yellow. That would be horrific! I have found myself with a blue…a creative type who struggles to plan an hour ahead of time, let alone any further 😊 It’s probably for the best. Two yellows would be a total nightmare!
